To conclude each sitting we breathe light into our mind, into our feeling nature, and into our physical body. We realize that these are all aspects which combined give us a sense of OurSelves as we live and breath in the world. My guess is that after an entire round of The Practice Of Living Awareness, the light of your Self, of your Being is vibrant and expanded. Meditation changes everything! Breathe light and Be light, every moment of every day.
